What is Coronary Artery Disease and how does it develop?
Health issues are the most irritated part of life not only a person suffers but also the surrounding of that people also faces the crisis. One of the most painful diseases is Coronary Artery Disease. This disease is also known as the heart disease. Millions of people are affected by this disease. This condition arises with the development of the plaque in arteries.
The damage to the blood vessels can cause blocking or clotting. The build-up of plaque can cause narrowing of arteries thus limiting the blood flow. This could cause the heart attack to chest pain or sometimes death; late symptoms can be seen after diagnosis. The damage to the heart or the heart vessels is very risky and requires proper medication. The treatment would be helpful but this condition is incurable.
The smooth flow of arteries gets a plaque on the inner wall leading them to get narrowed and rigid limiting the blood flow to the heart is called coronary artery disease.

How does it develop?
This heart disease or the coronary artery disease starts developing at the early age itself i.e. young age. When you grew older, the artery faces the plaque build-up, which inflames the artery walls and generate the blood clotting that causes a heart attack.
The plaque within the inner walls of the artery makes the vessels sticky. When these vessels get sticky they perform the actions and start the deposition process. These sticky vessels get many passes by like lipoproteins, calcium, inflammatory cells and others. They travel through the sticky vessels and get stick to them, mixing with the plaque cause the deposition which results in clotting of a vessel, these developed particles with cholesterol starts putting pressure and pushing towards artery walls and hence complete blockage or narrower resulting pain, heart strokes and others.
The stress can be felt by the person, but this can be avoided by the proper treatment. Though there is no full cure to this disease but still proper medication and the exercise would help the patient to go easy on recovery.
