Valvular Heart Disease becoming more and more common these Days
Human body has been known to be made up of very complex organs and organ systems including the heart, the human brain, the central nervous system, muscular system, digestive system, excretory system etc out of which the human heart is the most important one. Heart is the most important and most efficiently and effortlessly working organ of the body which works all the days and nights to make sure that the human body is in its full and efficient working condition and all of its organs are getting their fuel i.e. the blood on time and that too in proper pure states. All the blood of the body is made to flow to the heart for its purification, there that blood gets pumped to the lungs for oxygenation i.e. for mixing the blood with fresh oxygen and then after the oxygenation- that pure blood is being pumped to the other part of the heart from where that purified blood is being sent to the various parts and organs of the human body and human brain.
Simultaneously, the impure blood from the various parts or organs of the human body and human brain is being collected by the other type of blood vessels and that impure blood is made to flow to the heart and then the same cycle starts where this impure blood is sent to the lungs and then after oxygenation- this blood is received by the heart again and then being sent to the various parts of the human body and more importantly to the human brain. Whole of this procedure clearly depicts the idea that human heart is the most important working organ of the human body and in case any disorder or malfunctioning or any problem arises in the working or in the conditioning of the human heart- it can be life- takingly serious for that person.
Heart is actually comprised of four valves in which different types of problems can be faced out of which valvular heart disease is the most common one. This problem arises when one out of all the four valves of the heart i.e. the aortic and mitral valves get hardened and start restricting the blood flow through it. All these valvular heart diseases occur because of age- related changes in the human body and infections caught in any unexpected situations. Sometimes such valvular heart problems occur before even the birth of the person.
